General FAQ

Q: Why wouldn't you make all your code open source?

A: Consumer safety is paramount to us, and we would not want to risk that.

Q: If your project/s were all open-sourced then the community could help to patch problems, and you would have a larger pool of developers helping you.

A: This is indeed the benefit to open source projects but just because the code is public doesn't guarantee that you will have a large amount of contributors to assist you with it. We have noted that projects like Metamask and Uniswap while both open sourced only have had a minor amount of contributions outside their staff.
